These teas, often called tisanes, herbals, or infusions, are known for their delicious and naturally caffeine-free flavors.

Herbal teas can be enjoyed hot or cold. Regardless of your preferred temperature, follow these steps to brew the perfect cup:

1. Preheat a teapot by pouring boiling water into it, raising the temperature to at least 180°.
2. Discard the water and add 1 teaspoon of loose tea for each cup you're brewing.
3. Pour fresh boiling water (212°F/100°C) over the tea, allowing it to steep for a full 5 minutes.
4. Pour the tea through a strainer into your cups.

For iced tea, consider using a larger batch of tea, as the ice will dilute the flavor.

Our Wolfberry powder, for example, is a powdered extract from the fruit of a species of boxthorn in the nightshade family, native to Asia.
